Database Administrator

Tovin Sannes-Venhuizen is BestPrep’s current Database Administrator (DBA).
The DBA is the primary point of contact for all Salesforce-related administration, maintenance, and oversight. This includes managing data integrity, user permissions, technical escalations, and vendor coordination.

Contact for:
- Any technical questions or support needs in Salesforce
- User access and permission changes
- Data correction or restoration
- Escalations to RedPath (consulting partner)

Database Assistants

Karla Bonilla and Maila Vang serve as Database Assistants and are available to support with day-to-day Salesforce data tasks.

Contact them for:
- Contact record merges
- Basic data cleanup tasks
- Help with non-critical, time-consuming Salesforce tasks

Important:
Only the Database Administrator is authorized to contact RedPath directly.
Exceptions are limited to emergency situations where Salesforce is critically non-functional and the DBA is unreachable.
